Weight Loss Buddies?  
Hello all!

I am starting a weight loss journey and I need LJ buddies. I want to lose weight the healthy way, diet and exercise, no gimmicks or quickies.

I am getting married next July and want to look and feel good, and I have an engagement session coming up on September 14 and I want to look and feel great.

I used to be a RELIGIOUS LJ'er, and started a blog here (this username) back in 2010 and lost around 50 pounds. Now I have gained some back and I need the motivation and support that I had back then. I need a community to make me strong again (and healthy, of course).

I am in a similar situation. I lost some weight at the end of last year and I have almost gained all of it back. I have been trying to find somewhere to start blogging about what I've been up to so that I feel motivated to continue, but I'm struggling to find the right place to so. I tried Instagram but that stopped being helpful so I am probably going to switch to Livejournal.

Have you thought about joining the weigh_comp challenges? That has been pretty motivating for me in the past. I am probably going to join the next challenge to see if it will help keep me accountable.

So sorry for the delayed reply! I actually just joined and posted to be a part of the new weight_comp challenge :). I hope to see you there! I am going to friend you as well if that is OK. I like to post a lot in my journal and write down my eating, habits, and just talk about life.

Yeah that's totally fine! I'm hoping to post more regularly, myself. I need it. Journaling has always been my thing and I kind of let it fall by the wayside.

I kept forgetting to join the challenge and then earlier at work I realized what day it is so I finally entered! Good luck!

Lose weight easily
Weight loss is difficult task. Weight gains easily but losing weight is very difficult. But the simple things about weight loss that we should remember is one should exercise regularly, eat healthy food like sprouts, meat, eggs white, leafy vegetables, oats, etc which provides protein and helps stomach to stay full for longer time. Stay determined and focused. And you will definitely reach your goals.
